16Bedouin is located inside gated community Golden Mile – kindly follow signboards for the same along the route.
*Request guests to use the private pool with swimming costumes only.
*As per government regulations, valid ID card is required of all guests at the time of check-in.
*All meals will be served at the main property booked by you. Our assisting staff is Hindi speaking while our managers speak English & will be on ground to take care of anything you need during your stay.

Terms of service
  • Your booking will be accepted after receipt of 100% payment of the booking amount. To receive the booking confirmation, kindly share the payment screenshot, your ID proofs of all guests via email and acknowledgement of our house rules.

  • While we endeavour to provide a booking as confirmed, reasonable changes in the booking may be made after notifying you.

Cancellations
  • Cancellations made up to 15 days before the booking date are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booking date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date cannot be rescheduled or refunded under any circumstances.

  • You can reschedule the dates up to 7 days before the check-in (only once, on a weekday & within 3 months of the original booking date).

  • We request a minimum of 48 hours prior notice from the date of booking for any group member dropouts to be eligible for a refund.

Deductions
  • Costs for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items may be charged.

  • Replacement costs for missing towels, robes, linens etc., will be additional.

  • Disputes over deductions should be raised with hotel management within 7 days for possible resolution.

  • Policies are subject to change, contact owners for clarification on deductions.
